The movie Last Tattoo has one shot scene but it doesn't show a needle going in. It's only on video, not DVD. A hot hooker gets the clap and gets a penny shot in her butt. Nice reaction scene to the pain, but no visible butt. MASH has one espisode where Hot Lips gets a gamma shot from Hawkeye in her butt, however Loretta Switt's reaction is indignant and not much of a turn on. Micki and Maude with Dudley Moore has one in a hospital setting. Ann Rienking gets one while she's in labor. Again, great reaction to the shot, no bare bottom. There is a movie recently made with Helen Mirren about Israeli agents who have to go back into service to find and kill a bad guy they let get away years ago. Flashback's include her as a young women going to the doctor under the roos of not being able to have kids. The doctor in this case is the guy they let go. He gives her a shot in the butt, but again, no needle, no bare ass, just reaction. There is a german SS movie I watched but can't remember the name that show a fully naked, portly bottomed women getting a shot in her butt and it does show the full butt and her getting the shot.
