I was moonlighting in a small ER in Nashville. Barbie was my technician for the nights. She was this very cute blonde with hair down to her waist. She was working on a singing career. She had on a very tiny pair of blue panties which I pushed down over her firm butt. I took my time squeezing both of her cheeks. I picked a spot on her left hip and pinched her muscle and quickly darted the needle in her butt and gave her the shot. Afterwards I rubbed her butt a few moments. She pulled up her panties and scrubs.
