I was working in the ER and had gone out to triage to do dinner relief. This cute girl walks up to the desk and has a big dressing applied to her left hand. She said she was at work cleaning the pop corn machine when her hand came in contact with the pot. I took off the towel and ice pack and noticed her hand was red. She had a bad first degree burn with a little 2nd degree burn to her palm. I got her vital signs. I gave her a new ice pack. I called the doctor for pain orders. He came out looked at the burn. Give her 4mg zofran and 100mcg of fentanyl. I came back with 2 syringes and closed the door. I said this is for the pain and this other one is for nausea. I said now for the bad news. I need you to bend over the end of the gurney as I need to give one in each of your butt cheeks. Shit I already have a sore hand and now you are going to make my butt sore. My co worker came back and I said I can have her give you the shots. NO I trust you she said. I undid her slacks and pulled them down and her hose. She leaned over the table and I pulled down her red panties. I slowly cleaned a spot on her right hip and then darted the 1.5 inch needle deep in her hip and slowly injected. I pulled out the needle and began to massage the site for a few minutes. One more I said. I wiped a spot on her left cheek and plunged the needle into her other cheek and injected. Shit it burns. As I was puling up her panties and slacks I bet you enjoyed that. Well I do have to admit you have one good looking butt. Sorry for the pain. I took her to the back and applied a dressing to her hand. The doctor asked her about her tetanus status and she said she could not remember. I said one more in the butt. I said I tell you what. You can't drive now that you had the pain shot. How about I take you out to dinner and then home and I will give you the tetanus shot later. This way your bottom will get a little rest. I would appreciate that. I have forgot about the burn as my ass is on fire right now.

It was my first day on the job at Kohls and I working the cash register. I was trying to take off one of the security tags and put it right in the middle of my palm. I pulled it out and it was bleeding like crazy. I called my friend and he came and got me and took me to the express care right down the road. He is a nurse so I was asking what were they going to do. he said get an x-ray to make sure none of the metal broke off and that it didn't hit bone. Clean it up and give you a tetanus shot. A shot I asked? He laughed. Ys. Normally given in your butt. Stings a little and its over. This big burly nurse came out and called me name. I had Jake go back with me. She recognized Jake and said I know your not working today, but if you want to take care of your friend I have several others to tend too. If she doesn't mine he said and I replied no that would be wonderful. I had an x-ray and it was good. He cleaned it off with betadine scrub and placed a small bandage with green ace wrap. He said now for the not so fun part. I asked Jake can we do this later tonight. I promise I will let you give me the shot, but lets do it at my place tonight. I went back to work and finished. Later that evening Jake came over. I was wearing my t shirt and shorts and bare foot when I answered the door. He gave me a big hug and squeezed my butt saying are you ready. I went over to the couch and laid down. He pulled down my nylon shorts and panties. He stroked my bare cheek a few times and then I jumped as he put the needle in my hip and injected. I was surprsied how little it hurt. Just the surprise of being poked and it was all over. Afterward he patted me telling me he liked my bottom. I pulled up my panties and took off the shorts and made dinner.
