the embarreshment was worst than the pain . they hold you face down on the exam table ,your butt exposed to strange people knowing what coming next , a big needle . in my case it was a 5 cc syringe with 21gayge needle . Fisrt you feel the needle , then sthe burning from the medication and finaly the stinging from the cotton swab of alchool . you lay there screaming with puffy eyes from cryinng and your bum on fire . i was a strong kid and need 4-5 people you to hold me still .

I am 21 and last night I went to the ER with my boyfriend because I stepped on a fish hook from one of the poles in the boat. My boyfriend was able to get the hook out. I had to get an x-ray to make sure the barb had not broken off in my foot. The nurse told me I would get an antibiotic shot and tetanus shot just before he stepped out of the room. My boyfriend said you know you are going to have to drop those bikini bottoms of yours. No way are they going to give me the shots in my butt I said. The nurse came back in a few and said Brianna I am going to need for you to lay on your stomach. He was holding one small and a larger syringe in his hand. Sure enough he pulled down my bottoms baring my half tanned butt cheeks. I got the tetanus first. Not bad. I felt a slight sting and then him working it into my hip. Then I got the next shot. This time I felt the needle as he plunged it into my bottom and then the extreme burn as he slowly injected. My entire right butt cheek was on fire. Holy shit it hurt. I had tears in my eyes where he pulled out the needle. I looked over my shoulder and I saw a small blood trail running down my hip. He tells my boyfriend. that he might want to work it into my muscle. I am some what embarrassed having him see my entire bare butt. I have to admit once he started worming into my hip it did feel good. When we got home for the rest of the evening I was laying next to him while he slowly massaged and stroked my rear. First shot in the butt I can remember and believe me I will remember it for a long time.

Today is the first day of my job as a life guard at six flags. When I got to work my co-worker took me over to the aid station. I was told that I needed to get my tetanus updated. I saw my friend Kelly who also was a new hire go into this room. As I was filling out the paper work I saw her lean over the exam table in the room. She pulled down her shorts and then her bikini bottoms. I watched as the nurse patted her left butt cheek, gave it a squeeze and then poked her in the butt giving her the injection. She flinched a little and then the he pulled out the needle rubbed her bottom a few times and pulled up her bottoms. She came out and saw the look on my face. Don't worry Susan he is good. I walked in and was told to bend over and lower my shorts. The nurse slipped down my bottoms exposing my bare butt. I told him this was my first shot in my butt that I could remember. I felt him run the alcohol pad across my hip which made me tighten up my cheek. Then he gave me a hard slap to my bare bottom and was telling it was over. My ass was still stinging from his hard slap. I looked over and my butt cheek was bright red. Why did you slap my butt and he said did you feel the injection? No. It distracted you. It was not that bad I guess. Sure had not expected to get a needle in my butt this morning.

In early adolescence I went to our family doctor for a routine medical examination confident that, not being ill, I wouldn't need the usual dread penicillin shot and would for the first time leave without an injection-sore bottom. I had, however, forgotten about booster shots. Whilst getting them didn't hurt as much as penicillin, the three booster shots left me unable to sit down next day.
