I wen to the ER last night with a sore throat and fever. I was diagnosed with pharyngitis. I was told I would be getting 600,000 units of penicillin in each butt cheek. My boyfriend laughed and said better you than me. I was told to lay on my stomach. The nurse pulled down my slacks. He asked me have you ever had a penicillin shot and I said no. He wipes a spot in my left upper out cheek. He plunges this long needle in my ass making me scream out and scream. I had tears flowing before he puled out the needle. He then worked it in my muscle I then felt him grab my right cheek and I said another one. One more as he darts me a second time. I am laying there, I cant move and I feel like I a ball in each of my butt cheeks. My boyfriend is holding our baby. The nurse tells me I need to go for a walk to work it into my muscle. Today I can barely sit my butt hurts so bad. MY sore throat is gone like he said it was. I am 21 and I will have to say that was the most painful shot I have ever had.

I regarded the treatment as merely exchanging a sore throat for a sore bottom! [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
