I was at a college yesterday doing immunizations. My first patients were a young couple. They both needed a tetanus. The guy said he would go first. He pulled down his shorts and underwear. I draw up the injection as she watches. That is one long needle she says. I told her it is a 20g 1.5 inch needle that goes deep in her butt muscle. Oh! This is an ass injection. Its been a while since I have had one of those. She turns around and asks if I will unzip her. As I am pulling down her zipper in the back I realize she is not wearing a bra and when I get it all the way down she lets it fall to the floor. She is standing there butt naked. She grabs both of her butt cheeks giving them a good squeeze. I picked a spot on her left hip and injected. Afterwards I worked it into her muscle and she said that feels really good. Do both cheeks. She then slowly put her jumper back on. She was not a bit embarrassed. I bet you like seeing all this young ass. I told her I have to admit I do like this part of the job. Who are the biggest babies girls or guys. I told her the guys usually.

I was eating at Hooters yesterday and my server had a dressing on her hand. I asked what had happened and she said her friends cat had scratched her. I told her I was a nurse and that those can be serious. She said my finger is all red and swollen. She showed me her finger and it was definitely infected. She called over another server and she also had a bandaid on her finger. I called my doctor friend who came by for lunch and he looked at both of their hands and suggested they get antibiotics. He told them James can take care of you both if lunch is free. We both get off at 6 tonight Melanie said and I told them to come over to the clinic I will be there. There first I did was to clean up their wounds and apply bacitracin. Now here is the part that you probably are not going to enjoy. I am going to give you these rocephin injections in your bottoms and a tetanus. I drew up 1.5 cc in each syringe. I could give this to you in one cheek butt you would have a hard time walking or sitting down. Beth said that damn cat is gone when we get home. Beth laid down on the table and I pulled down her orange shorts and hose and thong. I slowly rubbed her left cheek and then darted the needle deep in her hip making her flinch. She did really good. I then said one more in the other cheek as I poked her. Then I told her here is the tetanus and stabbed her in the left cheek. I slowly massaged her butt for another 10 minutes. My ass hurts but he did a good job. She got up and pulled up her shorts. Melanie was slow to get up and lay down. I pulled down her shorts and hose and thong. She yelled out as I stuck the first needle in her hip and injected. She was a lot thinner and I told her I know this does not feel good. I gave her the tetanus next. Ok one more big one as I sank the needle in her butt and slowly injected. I then spent 10 minutes massaging her tight bottom. They both limped around the room for a few minutes before looking at me and said how would you like to come over and continue rubbing our bottoms. When we got to their house they both wasted no time in removing their shorts, hose and thongs and laying cross their bed where I spent the next few hours going between their lovely bottoms working the medication into their muscles.
