A young lady once emerged from emerged from the swimming pool at my hotel and her clinging bathing suit clearly revealed a sticking plaster on her buttock, which I hopefully presumed covered an injection site. The thought of her getting a shot in her shapely bare bottom really turned me on.

I was working in the ER last night and I had a 22 year old girl that had stepped on a nail while walking on the wooden board walk. She was wearing this long black cover. I told her to lie on her stomach so that we could clean the wound on her foot. As I cleaned up her wound she had her leg flexed causing her black cover to ride up exposing her cute little butt covered in a skimpy bikini. The doctor came in and looked at her foot and said she will need 1 gram of rocephin and a tetanus. After I cleaned the wound I told her I would be back. I came back with the two syringes. She was sitting up on the bed. I told her I had two injections to give in her bottom. She slipped off her cover and was standing there in her tiny red bikini. I untied her bikini bottom and exposed her round butt cheeks. I wiped a spot on her on left cheek and gave her the injection. I then placed my hand on her right cheek pinch her cheek and jab the 18g needle deep in her butt and slowly inject making her cry as I injected. Afterward i started to rub her hip until she said it felt better. I helped toe up her bottoms. SHe got up and was limping around the room. Holy shit my ass is burning so bad. It felt good when you were working it into the muscle. I need you to come over and continue. I told her I get off in an hour if your really mean that. She gave me her address and I went over after i got off. She met me at the door in the same bikini. She untied her bottoms and walked over to me and laid across my lap. I spent the next few hours rubbing, squeezing and playfully spanking her bottom. We are goign on another date this coming weekend.

I was doing triage yesterday when this cute blonde comes in wearing a black swim suit cover. She stepped on a shell and has cut her foot. I ask her about her tetanus and she says I don't know. I take out a DTAP syringe from the refrigerator She stands up and removes the cover. She is standing there in the skimpiest bikini that I have ever seen. I immediately placed a 20g needle on the syringe. I swabbed a place on her left butt cheek and she said in my ass? I said more muscle and it hurts less and jabbed her before she could protest.
