Last night I had a patient that had a fish hook go into his thumb. I got it out and his girlfriend wanted to see it. As I was cleaning his thumb she said shit and I look over and she he it stuck in her finger .It was easy to get it out of her finger I asked him when his last tetanus was and he said he could not remember. I came back a few minutes later with the shot. I told him he needed to loosen his jeans and roll over. I pulled down his jeans and briefs baring his white butt. She laughed as he flinched when I stuck the needle in his butt cheek and injected. He stood up and pulled up his underwear and jeans and she said you got a cute ass. He tells her you need one too since you got stuck. I am not signed in she said. I tell her it is on the house for free. Hey you saw my bare ass so its you turn to show yours. I explained that the hook was rusty and she really needed one. I went and got the DTAP and came back. She took off her high heels and laid on the bed. I pulled up her dress above her hips and pulled down her panty hose. I grabbed her red silk panties and pulled them down and she clenched her butt cheeks. Her butt cheeks were firm and round. I said on three but jabbed her on her and gave her the shot.I slowly worked the medicine into her cheek before pulling up her panties. she got up and pulled up her panties .He told her you have one fine ass too. We just met a few days she said. Well we are even. We both know what the others bare ass looks like and we got a needle in it together.
