I had a few students who showed up to practice. Emily and Trisha were practicing IV's and bandaging. They both were having a lot of trouble getting IV's. We worked on them for an hour with each girl getting 12 sticks before they finally were successful for several tries. I told them to draw up for syringes with .5cc of saline to practice SQ injections. They both did a great job at giving each other their shots. I then said okay ladies now fill these four with 1.5 cc. After they filled them I told Emily go to lower her pants and lie face down on the bed. In my butt she said. Yep there will be times when you will need to give a patient a shot in their hip. She lowered her slacks and laid down on the bed in her black thong. I showed Trisha where to give her the injection.Trish just touched her butt cheek with the needle and shoved it into her muscle slowly making her scream out. I picked up the next syringe, grabbed a handful of her cheek and darted and injected. I told Trish get another one and give it to her in the other cheek. This time Trish quickly darted her in the cheek and injected. I got three injections she said. Trish pulled down her slacks and laid down. I pulled down her purple panties exposing her half tanned cheeks. I put my hand on her left cheek and placed the needle deep in her butt and injected. Emily picked up the next syringe and was at first hesitant and then jammed the needle in her hip and pushed the plunger fast making her cry out in pain. That burned like hell. I told Emily next time give it to her a little slower. Once more she poked her in her hip and injected. This time she said it did not hurt as much. I asked them have either of you every administered a suppository? They said no. Trish had her panties up so I told her to lie down. I told Emily to put on a pair of gloves and I placed some KY on the bed. I pulled down Trishes panties spread her cheeks and placed my middle finger up her butt. I pulled it out and had Emily do the same thing which made Trish gasp because she did it slower. Emily wiped her clean. Trish got up and pulled up her panties and pants. Trish looked at Emily and she said I will pass. No way girl. Emily lowered her jeans and bent over the bed. I pulled down her thong and spread her cheeks and made her jump as I placed my finger up her butt. Trish repeated the process again. Both girls told me it actually felt good. Trish laid down and Emily unzipped the zipper in the back of her slacks exposing her bare bottom. Emily darted the 21g needle up to the hub in her bottom and slowly injected. He pulled up my dress above my hips exposing my frilly red lacey cardinal panties. He pulled them down to my knees. As soon as he touch my left cheek I tensed up and he said you need to relax. It makes the needle hurt a lot more if you don't relax. He pinched my hip a few momnents told me a joke and stuck me without any warning. He gave me the shot and poulled out the neede. It stung for a little bit until he worked it into my muscle. he pulled up my panties and helped me up from the couch. You did really good. You give a good shot I told him. I called one of the guys that had the lowest grade and told him he could earn extra credit. I had him sit on the table in front of the class and I demonstrated how to give a deltoid arm injection. I then told him to lower his pants which he did without hesitation and I demonstrated a thigh injection. I then told him that he was done. I then picked the girl with the lowest grade and called her up. There were two more syringes lying on the table with longer needles. She is standing near the table and looking at the 2 syringes. I told her she could choose another student or that she could have the extra credit. I put the class on a break and handed her a gown and told her to remove her jeans that she would be getting one in each butt cheek. One on her side and one lying flat. She was lying on the table covered with a blanket and I told everyone that they had better behave or they would pay for it. I removed the blanket and slipped up her gown exposing her bare half tanned bottom. I demonstrated the injection to the side of her butt cheek first making her scream out. Then I had her lie flat and demonstrated the last shot making her flinch again. I flipped down her gown and she got up. I told the class they had to pick a partner of the opposite sex.
