How much does it excite you to see or even just know about other people getting injections in the bottom?

I remember in my youth occasionally seeing magazine pictures of children getting buttock injections but didn't find them exciting because they portrayed the experience I so feared as being childish. When I saw one of a grown woman clenching her bare buttocks in fear while a big shot was prepared behind her, however, it really turned me on. I was similarly excited just to hear that an older neighbour girl couldn't sit down after getting a penicillin shot.

While I was in the waiting room one time an attractive teenaged girl went in for a shot leaving the door ajar, which enabled me to hear the nurse tell her to pull down her panties to get it. Thrilled though I was at visualising her injected in her shapely bare bottom, it suddenly made me fear I might be next for similar treatment (which I was). I experienced the same mixed emotions whenever I saw a girl gingerly rubbing sore buttock on emerging from her treatment

Best of all, of course, has always been taking girlfriends to the doctor and actually watching them get shots back there. At the risk of seeming sadistic, I enjoy it most when the girl confesses or betrays being frightened or if she can't sit on the injected cheek later.
