My friend and I were enjoying our last day on the beach and were drinking and we both fell asleep. This guy came up and woke us up telling he thought we getting a really bad sun burn. We looked at each others back and we were bright red. The alcohol had worn off and now that we were awake the pain was setting in. He said I am an ER nurse and I can help you all if you want. You guys are going to need fluids, aloe lotion. We were going to try to put on on shorts but our legs were hurting too much. We followed him to his condo which was down a little ways on the beach. He gave us some Gatorade to drink. He came out with a thermometer and said we need to see what your core temp is to make sure you do not go into heat stroke. I was standing in front of him and he untied my bottoms and told me to lean forward and I felt him spread my butt cheeks and then this cold object being pushed up my ass. Ashley came over having removed her bottoms and I watched as he pushed it up her butt. The we were completely naked lying on a sheet on his living room floor as he soaked us in aloe lotion. it was a miserable night with him applying more lotion and pushing fluids. This morning when we woke we discovered we had some small blisters which he told us not to pop. There were 2 small syringes laying on the table and he told us that they were tetanus shots. Lauren was lying down so he leaned over picked up one the syringes, squeezed her red bottom and poked her and gave her the injection making he squeal out. I laughed and he picked up the next one, flipped me over and darted me too. Because it hurts to get dressed we have decided to extend our stay a few more days. Needless to say the the rub downs have been incredible.

I work in a restaurant where we have to keep our tattoo's covered. My customer a nurse last night was admiring it. He asked if I had my tetanus updated and I said I had not. He explained that I really should. I asked how much and he said he could do it for free. I said does it hurt. Not really. I would just lower those tight jeans of yours and your panties, lightly stroke your bare cheek, poke and it its done. After I got off work I met him at his place and we had a few beers. I stood up and he unzipped my jeans and pulled them down and laid me across his lap . He slipped down my thong and I felt him run his hands lightly across my bare bottom. Then pow he slapped my butt and gave me the shot. Afterward he slowly rubbed my bare bottom making it feel so good. I told him anytime I needed a shot in the butt I was coming back to him.
