On next day morning I am late for 30mins for going hospital, entered into my cabin I seen preeti already examining male patient after completion she went for hand wash
I asked male patient about his problem, he replied cut happened while working in garden so madam done the dressing for it gave T T injection
At the preeti came and sit besides to me and start writing prescription after that she handovered it to him and told him for revisit after two days for dressing upto 11:30 all patients are handelled by preeti only on next she pressed calling bell attender came inside
Attender: sir there are no patients,shall I bring tea for you??
Me: ya bring it, in this I asked preeti about her family background and how she got interest in medical field
She told me all about it,and she start asking about some medicines and brand`s of medicines, I explained for her question`s now the topic turns for revolution of syringes
Preeti: sir one of my friend she had some glass syringes and needles of steel holdings looks like knife such a sharp point she usually use those for practice but once she inject her roommate it movement we all are speechless I think it pains lot her?
Me: ya, in our time of graduation also my colleagues are of same practice but it require regular sterilization and those are costly.by the way I had few of them
Preeti: sir if you don’t mind I take them for practice??
Me: offcourse you can.by meantime attender bring tea and we start to have it while he returning back I told him see in that middle locker one box of glass syringes and relevant needles are there I think some of unsealed check it. As my order she went near locker( preeti also went for check) he took out one box after 5 min she got 7 unsealed boxes of syringes and needle
Preeti: sir here are, shall I use it for next patient who is for injection?
Me: today I will show you on next session you can do it by your own because there may be chances of needle break so I show you now keep them side we will see later, I told attender to check if any patient is in waiting room if no I will go for rounds to wards
He went out of cabin for couple of min and returned back by signaling no but receptionist started to register noon session appointments
I took a stethoscope and told preeti to stay here I will back, if any major cases came call me.
She says ok and I moved out of cabin after an hour I returning back to cabin for lunch as I entered in I saw vaishnavi and one more girl seated
Vaishnavi: hi
Me: hello,how are you?
Vaishnavi:(naughtily) fine I here again for puncture of my left side buttock cheek
Me:(by joking) ya let me do it, by the way who is this?
Vaishnavi: she is my cousin shalini yesterday only she came and one more think I don’t know it co incidence or what she is also on same priscription of muti vitamin injections but she already taken 2 for remaining 3 she is here(by the time shalini handover ampoule box to preeti)
Me: ok then don’t waste time move to side room( I signal preeti to bring items which she kept side)
I start moving to side room by thinking this time shot will make some what pain to both bubbly girls, I look at shalini she around age of 24 with good looking figure. Now both girls came inside the room by swaying buttocks
Vaishnavi always friendly with me( preeti brought two box of syringe and one box of needle) by seeing them vaishnavi asked you have glass syringes??
Me: ya why today by request of my trainee I using them

Me: don’t worry after this I will give you 2 days rest so your next injection will be day after tomorrow( meanwhile I prepared the injection and took cotton swab) this time vaishnavi worn red color leggings I moved near her
Vaishnavi: (last time you done it on right side this time give it on left) she assume position like her left butt towards me and laid
I pulled her left side leggings down this time she worn blue color panty I slides it down, gives fairy groom butt cheek. I called preeti to observe the darting procedure. I wiped her butt cheek for thrice and told her relax muscle by the way I gave push of sharp needle, it enters smoothly in cheek suddenly vaishnavi screams OOOOOOOUUUUUUCHHHH I told her be relax don’t shake legs with a movment I start pressing plunger she start moaning AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHAAAUUUU when half ml of medicine is entered she start pleading AUUUUUU do it fast it is paining within I minute I completed and took out needle carefully small drop of blood is oozed I wiped it and and rubbed her bubble butt cheek, vaishnavi took cotton from me and start rubbing vigorously I took bandage and applied on it now she got up from bed and pulled her panties and leggings up and wiped tears
Me: shalini now it `s your turn so last time which side you taken?
Shalini: left
Me: now this is going in your right buttock cheek.
By the time shalini assumed position like face towards wall and her groom buttocks towards me( she worn brown color leggings at that time)
I pulled her leggings down inside she worn purple color panty I slides it down shalini buttocks bit fair than vaishnavis, I wiped large area and I select right spot to dart. I told her to relax muscle she did it and in movement I jabbed needle she gave quick response OOOOOOOOOUUU and looking back whats happening I told her don’t worry it will over soon now I start pressing plunger shalini slowly screams AHHH AAAAAA AAAAAAAUUUUHHHAA the medicine start entering she is in real pain AHHHHAAAAAAAAAA now I completed the injection and took out needle from fairy cheek immediately I rubbed the spot and told preeti to apply bandage on it,she did it
Now shalini pulls her panty as well as leggings up and took tissue paper from vaishnavi
And wiped tears and start rubbing buttocks continuously
I put both syringe in tray and tray and moved to hand wash
After couple of min I back to cabin
Vaishnavi: your fiend(her brother) is camed yesterday might be he will come for meet you he told me to inform so
Me: is it let`s see
Vaishnavi: ok then bye I will take surely 2 days rest as you say
Me: bye take care
Both girls left cabin by significant limp
