 My injection dreams usually end before actually getting the shot(s). I tend to wake up after waiting with pants down for a beautiful nurse to jab my bare bottom.

Oh yeah. A hot nurse (male or female) calls me into the room and pulls down my pants and panties. Nurse tells me to bend over the table and gives my ass a little playful slap. Nurse slowly wipes both cheeks and blows on it before pulling out a large needle. I know it'll hurt, but it'll also feel so hot. Nurse stabs me with the needle. It's a quick pinch of the needle and then the slow burn of the medicine. The needle comes out and the nurse sensuously massages the area before putting a cute little Band-Aid on it. The same thing happens on the other side. The nurse tells me what a good patient I was and then helps me pull up my panties/pants. Nurse winks as I get ready to leave.
