I was working out last night after I got off in our gym. This hot blonde was walking on the treadmill in front of my in a pair of red nylon shorts. As she walked I could see the perfect outline of her cheeks. After she finished on the treadmill she went over to the weight machines and started to work out there. She was placing the weights on sled when she dropped one on her foot making her scream out. I went over and told her I was a nurse and I had her sit down on one of the benches and took off her shoe and sock. She had a laceration to the top of her foot. I told her she would need a few stitches and I walked her over to the ER. I put her in one of the rooms and triaged her. The doctor came in and put four stitches in her foot. When is your last tetanus and she said I don't know and he said tonight. I came back with the small syringe and closed the door. Where does that go she asked and I told deep in your butt cheek. She stood up and turned a round. I pulled down her red shorts exposing that tight butt of hers. She was not wearing any panties. I stroked her left cheek a few times and darted and slowly injected. Afterward I squeezed her cheek a few times working the medicine into her bottom. You might just have to take me out for dinner tonight and I told her I would be glad too.
