 One time I put up a fuss about having to get shots and my Mom had enough of me crying and fussing and gave me five or six swats on my butt. I had a sore butt from the shots and the swats.

I never received a spanking related to an injection. I do remember around age 9, I was on the exam table with my bare bottom exposed for a booster shot, and when the nurse came in she slapped each buttock and asked if I had a preference for the shot. I just shook my head no and she gave it to me on the right.
