Well it shouldn't hurt too bad as the bum muscle is normally bigger meaning the liquid has more muscle to go into than the arm.

Also what are you planning to inject into your bum?

For one or two injections it doesn't matter so much. But in case of multiple injections in series it can make a huge difference. If earlier injections leave buttocks sore, it can severely aggravate pain and burning from those which come later. In case of small buttocks there is simply too little space and volume to effectively shift injection sites. All that follows goes to more or less the same spot. I know from my personal experience that it can deliver a huge amount of additional suffering.
