I live with my boyfriend in his house my boyfriend has 21 yrs. I made an arrangement with a nurse to come and give him an injection of the vitamin he needed. But my friend has a severe fear of injections.
How can I hold him down that the nurse can give him the injectio ?

Hi Madeline

My boyfriend also has the same fear but weve managed to overcome it. As we would do, lay him across on your lap and put a arm around his waist like a hug. Then keep gently caressing his butt until its time to give him the injection. The keep consoling him during the injection. This shall help. After its done apply an ice pack.

X,
Sj

Nurse shouldnt bother if ur boyfriend is lying on ur lap. As long as she can inject his bottom. U can just tell her that he is ur boyfriend and that hes scared of injections.

You need to be direct with him. Let him know that he needs the shot and that injections are part of the treatment to get him healthy. If that doesnt convince him maybe u can be more assertive.

Once hes on ur lap for injection, just tell him that itll be over soon and wont hurt while caressing his butt. Be gentle with him once hes ready for the injection. Give him a kiss for extra moral support.

Let me know how it goes.
