I am curious to know what it feels like to get a shot in the butt. Since I am not ill, are there any routine shots that I can get and ask them to give me the shot in my butt?

Yes, most routine injections such as flu and booster shots can be given in the buttocks on request, although it is sometimes necessary to insist on them back there. I have my travel inoculations updated every six months and always get them in the bottom at my request.

Annie how old are you? I am surprised that you have never had an injection in your hip. Almost everyone has at one time had to get one injection in their butt. What state do you live in?

Most of the them aren't too bad. Just a small pain at the area of the injection afterwards. But stay away from from the antibiotics and pain shots. They tend to be thick and can hurt for days afterwards.......Tim
