The terrified girl always made a fuss about injections so I was looking forward to holding her across my lap and watching her get one in her bare bottom (the way I normally got mine). My younger bro had to get a shot when he was 10 for a family trip to Mexico, and he wasn't too cooperative. He wanted me there, and the doc asked if I'd help out. The doc asked him to hold on to me, and I kind of put him in a gentle bear hug while the doc stuck a needle in his butt. He yelled, but got through it ok. I had to get the same shot afterward, but didn't need his assistance. Since I knew where it was going at that point, I just bent over the table, and fortunately didn't cry with him watching. Mom told as to go to the clinic for dressing the wound. we went there and told doctor every thing. She cleaned our wounds and applied medicine on it. And said we need to take TT and an another injection to heal the wound. She filled the medicine and told my sister to hold me. She told me that the injection will go to your butt. As that was a small Clinic there was no bed. I need to get injection on standing position. Doctor told Mia to Unhook my shorts and lower it.As i hadnt have any idea of getting shot in butt i hadnt wear my briefs while going to clinic Mia lowered my shorts and it fell into my feet. I became very ashamed to stand nude in front of my sister doctor jabbed the needle and injected TT first. It was not much painful. then doctor took the next and jabbed again. it was too painfull i began to cry in pain. i looked at my sister she is smiling at me at last the doctor finshed the injection and told mia to rub the injection area well. she rubbed the area and pulled over my pants. Then it was Mia's turn. She was wearing a long skirt. Doctor said Mai to loose her Skirt. She became very tensed and told Doctor to please give it on her hand but doctor denied. so she pulled her skirt lower just to see a little bit of her ass cheeks. i was surprised to see that she also hadnt weared any panty. doctor came and told me to hug Mia tightly and she lowered Mia's skirt till her knees. She darted her first injection on in left cheek and second injection on right. in the first injection she give a jerk and in the second she began to cry saying doctor to please stop. after few seconds doctor finished injection and told me to rub her cheeks. i rubbed her ass tightly and give a pinch on her ass for smiling at me. I usually wore boxer shorts under my pants,but when I knew there was a possibility of receiving a shot in my butt at the Dr's office,I always would change from my boxer shorts into my briefs under my pants for the Dr visit.
