one shot that i remember well was when i was 18 or 19. i got a crick in my neck from wrestling and my dad took me to the doctor it was so bad. he popped my neck about 50 times and wrote me a couple of prescriptions then gave me a shot of a muscle relaxant. it was a big shot and had to go in my butt of course. it really hurt and i could literally not sit on my right butt cheek riding home in my dad's truck.
