We had a rural children Dr. who had his nurse give temps and shots in the bottom until we were eighteen. If we didn't cooperate, mom or dad paddled us before or after the Dr. visit. The full anestisia was given by two nurses in the morning. Was exposed in bed and got four injections. Both laughed and it was painful. Then I was moved to the theater.
