I know for me, it was normally some of the following few words right before the needle hit my behind:
1. Can you count to five? And of course the needle went in on one.
2. OK honey, this will only taka a few seconds. Sure...it seemed like a lifetime.
3. This will only hurt you if you tense up. It hurt the second the needle hit my skin then the follow up of the painful medicine.
