Last week I made an appointment with the nurse dominatrix who gave me very painful buttock injections a couple of months before.

When I went earlier this week, the nurse was late and I spent the wait chatting to the beautiful receptionist who presumed I had been nervous the previous few days because she was so frightened of injections that she worried continually after making an appointment to get hers. She opined that the bottom was the best place to get shots and admitted that she was looking forward to watching me get mine back there.

When the nurse finally arrived, the receptionist sat on the exam table and I pulled everything down to ankles before bending over her supple bare thighs. Sensing my nervousness, she told to to think about something else but all I could think about was what I was about to feel back there, so we discussed injections - both hers and mine. It hurt even more than the first and the nurse warned me that she was starting with the least painful shots. That made me even more frightened as she continued injecting me in alternate buttocks. They hurt so much that, notwithstanding my fetish for shots exactly as I was getting them, I earnestly hoped that each one would be the last. As the session went on, the receptionist had difficulty holding me still and she tried to distract me by telling me to breathe deeply just before she saw each needle go in.

After the final shot I remained across the receptionist's lap while she applied plasters to my posterior wounds. Even that hurt but her touches to my bare bottom were quite erotic - especially compared to what the nurse had done back there. The tenderness of those injection sites made me feel as though I had sat on a hornet's nest.
