I was working triage today when one of my neighbors came into our express clinic. She could barely talk to me. I took her to the back and got her vitals. Her fever was 102.4. I looked in her throat and it was red and swollen. The doctor came in and examined her. He told her she had strep throat. Go ahead and give her 2.4 million units of bicillin and 8mg of decadron and left. What does that mean she asked. Well it means I have 3 injections to give you in your bottom. I came back with 2 syringes of 1.2 million units and the decadron. Shit those needles are long. Yes this stuff is really thick. She wanted to see one so I uncapped it. It is 18g 1.5 inches long. I guess I need to take off my jeans. I watched as she slipped out her jeans. She is like 6 foot tall with long blonde hair down to her butt. She is a model for Neiman Marcus. I have seen her in a bathing suit but right now I was looking her beautiful firm naked bottom. She laid down and I told her to pint her toes inward. I am not going to lie these do hurt when given. I am going to smack you on your bare cheek just before I stick you which blunts out the needle stick. I slapped her right butt cheek making it turned red and darted the first needle into her hip. Once I started to inject she told me it felt like going in her butt. I pulled out the needle and picked up the next shot and once again slapped her left cheek and injected. She was trying not to cry but I could see tears in her eyes. I picked up the third shot and buried it in her right cheek and when I started injecting she really started hollering that it was burning. I pulled out the needle. She had three blood trails running down her white butt cheeks. I placed bandaids on the sites and then began to massage her firm bottom. After about 20 minutes I helped her slip back into her jeans. She was limping around the room. I told her I was sorry and she said I know you were being gentle. I sure wouldn't mind if you came over and did another one of those massages. My ass is really sore. When I got off I went over to her apartment and she met me at the door in her nightie. As I follwed her back to her bedroom I could see her naked butt cheeks. She laid acorss the bed and I flipped up her nightie and spent the next several hours rubbing that awesome bottom of hers. In fact for the next several days I got to repeat the massage. I did feel for her. Weighing 112 pounds that was a lot of medicine I put into her small bottom.
