 I'm glad there are a few people who have the same festish because this one's totally not a common. I don't when things started for me but as much as I can remember I've always liked to watch people getting injections on their buttocks but as a kid i was scared to receive any. I would have tingling sensation down there whenever I saw nurses preparing injections, specially IM injections. The setting the scary moment did it for me. As I grew older this fetish developed and I would often find myself masturbating thinking about receiving an IM injection. But I haven't had any like in ages. As an adult I really want to try getting a shot from some older nurse, someone who's strict and bossy. But this is super weird in real life so it's just a fantasy I dream every night.

Not common, but not so extremely uncommon as one might think. I have had this fetish already early in my childhood, however without exact understanding of its nature. Later in early youth I had a few episodes of IM shots myself. They scared and wound me up at the same time. Later I have had no more such injections, but my wife does get them more or less regularly. She does not share the fetish and does not like those shots most of which are pretty painful. But she knows what I feel and often lets me give her the shots myself. And, yeah, this "ritual" of ours usually leads to exchanging her pain into what is commonly considered as pleasant for the both parties ;-)
