She stood up rubbing her butt cheek a few times and then pulled up her panties and jeans. She told me that is the first shot in my bottom I can remember. Jenny was my next patient of the day. She was learning to snow board and fell and twisted her ankle. X-rays determined it was not broken so we put a ace wrap on it and gave her some crutches. I asked about her pain and she said it really hurt. We gave her a small bottle of Tylenol 3. The doctor said to give her 60 mg of toradol and 4mg of zofran. I asked if she had any allergies and she said no. I said I am going to give you 2 shots. One for pain and one for nausea then you take this pills. She said she did not want the shots until she stood up and tried using the crutches. I drew up both injections using 20g needles. I helped her take off her ski bibs. She laid on the table on her stomach. I pulled down 2 pairs of sweat pants and long underwear. She was wearing a white pair of bikini panties that said across the bottom Delicious. I laughed and said I like your panties and I pulled them down. The center portion of her butt cheeks were untanned and the top and bottom portion were tanned. I rubbed the cottonball across her left cheek a few times and then I slpaaped her left cheek once and quickly inserted the first needle deep in her butt and injected. I said first one done. That was not too bad. I asked her if she felt the stick and she said no just you slapping my ass. I told her one more to go and then repeated it the same way. This time when I started to injected she started to squirm a little. I said try to relax it burns , but it will help. Afterward I massaged both of her buns for a few minutes. I helped her get her clothes back on. She got up still rubbing her right cheek. That was liquid fire you just shot into my ass. I said it will sting for a while and then stop. She started to grab the sides of the table telling me it was hurting. I pulled out the needle and slowly massaged the area a few minutes. I said one more as I uncapped the needle. She tightened up her butt muscle. I gave her a quick smack to her left cheek and when she relaxed placed the needle into her hip and slowly injected. She had tears in her eyes when I was done. I put bandaids on the 2 sites. I then placed and ice pack on each bare cheek and waited 15 minutes before removing them. She told me she was 22 and that was her first penicillin shot. I said they hurt, but you will feel so much better by the morning. I help her pull up her panties and hose and then helped her get off the table. She walked around the room rubbing her butt. She looked over at the two syringes and said those needles are so big. I told her the medication is very thick.
