Anyone using this site must now have a buttock injection fetish but most of us genuinely feared the experience in our youth. What happened to change things?

Throughout my youth and adolescence virtually every visit to the doctor ended with the painful humiliation of pulling everything down to my ankles and bending over the receptionist's lap for a shot (penicillin when ill and booster shots when I wasn't). I feared the embarrassment of the girl watching me get it in the bare bottom more than the pain - so much so that the first time I went knowing in advance I would get a shot (polio) I spent my time in the waiting room fearfully worrying only about where I would get it. The only worse embarrassment I could conceive was for a girl actually to give me an injection in the bottom instead of "merely" watching the doctor give me one back there.

That ultimate embarrassment materialised late in adolescence when a misunderstanding with the beautiful nurse caused her to insist on giving me in the bottom with minimal privacy (just screened off from the waiting room) a shot I knew I could have in the arm. Despite my worst-imagined humiliation (exacerbated by the awareness that everybody in the waiting room could hear what was happening), I was surprised to find myself mature enough to appreciate the sensual pleasure of being undressed by a pretty girl and feel her swab and even jab my erogenous bare bottom. The overall effect was so erotic that I have ever since taken all injections back there, especially when given by attractive nurses.
