 I had two young ladies who were surfing in Destin that cut there foot and leg on rocks. The one girl had abrasions to her left lower leg and the other girl had a small cut on the bottom of her foot. I cleaned the leg wound first and put a bandage on it. I then started cleaning the foot laceration. I told them that they each needed a tetanus booster. Julie started to get up and I told her just lay there you are in perfect position. Most her her tanned cheek was exposed so I just pulled her bikini up exposing hr left cheek. I took aim at her hip and placed the needle in her bottom and injected. She didnt even realize I had just given her the shot. Her friend was hestant but finally came over. Se untied and took off her bottoms standng there and told me to pick a cheek. I grabbed a handful of her right hip and on three put the needle in her bottom and injected. I helped her tie her bottoms back on. Came to the beach tody and surf and got a needle in the butt. Hadn't planned on this.
