I work at a Medic-express in downtown Nashville and this afternoon this very cute blonde comes in in a silver dress and cowboy boots. I recognize her from the Bank of America.She is a teller there. I take her to a room and she tells me she has a really bad sore throat and fever. I take her vitals and she does have a 102.4 fever. I swab the back of her throat and do a rapid screen which comes back positve. The doctor came in and examined her and said give her 1.2 million units of bicillin and 4 mg of decadron. I came back with the two tubexs of bicillin and the decadron shot. I said screwed the 600,000 unit tubex into the holder. I told her I am going to give half in each hip. I have to get two shots. NO you are getting three. I can give you this penicillin in one shot but it will make your bottom so sore. Can't you give them to me in my arm. No the needle is too big and this has to go in a large muscleShe fianlly laid on the bed and I pulled up her dress above her hips. She had on a silver pair of panties which I pulled down Her butt cheeks were firm and the center porton of them untanned. I slowly rubbed the alcohol pad across her left hip and darted her in the butt and injected. Wow! that shit burns. That was the steroid. I picked up the first tubex and stuck the 18g needle in her right hip making her jump. She gripped the table and was moaning that it hurt. I gave it slowly and pulled out the needle and massaged her right hip a few minutes. MY butt is hurting so bad. One more I said as I screwed it into the holder. I wiped a spot on her left hip and once again put the needle deep in her tiny hip and injected. I spent the next 20 minutes just massaging her bottom. I know they hurt but you will feel much better tomorrow. I helped her get her panties up and helped her up. She asked me to come over when I got off and i did. She met me at the door wearing a long night shirt and her silver panties. She laid across my lap and pulled down her panties and I removed the bandaids and spent the next several hours watching TV and stroking her perfect little bottom. I told her to change her toothbrush. I also told her to come back in three days for another culture. I explained sometimes you have to get another shot and she said I hope like hell I don't.
