 My semi-annual travel inoculations are due. Even though getting painful shots in the bottom from a beautiful nurse is my greatest thrill, it takes a good deal of willpower for me to make the appointment. When I finally muster the courage to do so, I stress to the receptionist that I want them in my buttocks (regardless of what I might say at the time), both to make the nurse strict with me and for the added excitement of having a pretty receptionist visualise me getting them back there. Once I have made the appointment I spend the ensuing days in anxious anticipation. When the time finally comes, waiting under the knowing (sometimes amused) gaze of the receptionist enhances my nervous excitement to the extent that I can be so scared I want to go without getting my shots. Upon being summoned, I try to leave the door ajar so that the receptionist can hear the nurse insist that I pull down my pants and bend over. Waiting in position while the nurse prepares to inject my vulnerable bare bottom seems an eternity, during which I wonder if the receptionist will find an excuse to come in (which she sometimes does) and I finally feel the thrill of shots in both cheeks, after which I leave gingerly rubbing my posterior for the confirmation benefit of the receptionist.
