Whether or not you are aroused in any way shape or form is an individual experience. All of your senses are actually definitely affected. The smell of the alcohol filled cotton swab, the sight of the long sharp pointed silver colored needle, the preparation of the syringe, the color of the medicine inside of the barrel of the syringe, the length of the plunger when the barrel is filled, are all different points that are inherently frightening sights to see and experience. Then there is the thought of where the injection in going to be injected. Is it going into your arm or possibly your buttock. If it's going into your arm, it's not something that you necessarily think of anything embarrassing. When it comes to pulling down your pants, or lifting up your skirt, then pulling down your underpants down over your buttock, then the possibly sexual thoughts possibly begin to enter into your mind. This is when you begin thinking about the person who is going to give stick this large needle into your behind, and press painful liquid into it is when these thoughts of fears and possible sexual images begin to enter your mind. Are you going to bend over a table, lay onto the table, or lay over someone's lap? These are additional thoughts that enter your mind and are a natural experiences to such a frightening and possibly experience a very sexual experience that many people enjoy. All these experiences are developed in childhood and will in most cases continue into adulthood. It's definitely OK to understand that just because it's not necessarily something you discuss with others that they also don't experience and think about many of the different things mentioned. Regardless of embarassment and pain, therefore, sexual arousement when getting shots back there is not surprising. A receptionist once told me that, when holding boys across her lap for injections, they were always erect when standing up afterwards, even if not before bending over. Throughout my youth and adolescence my thoughts in the waiting room were, first of all not to get a shot, secondly to get it in the arm if I needed one (because I deemed injections in the bottom childish) and thirdly, if I had to get one in the bottom, not to bend over the receptionist's lap for it (which I deemed even more childish). Although I normally failed on all three, sitting (or trying to sit) on the tender site afterwards often produced a curious arousal in memory of what happened. With regard to discussing my buttock injections, I often tell attractive young ladies about them in the hope that they excite me with accounts of their own shots back there. In prior messages I’ve written about GETTING AROUNSED BY GIVING INJECTIONS, but I also must have been one of those children who also went through the same intense emotions when receiving them. Today, I’m an adult and fortunately I’ve been up until now healthy enough not to receive one in many years except for the normal ones you get when you become older on a yearly basis such as Flu and those are always given in my arm. I think about the day an injection in my butt will come and that anticipation builds inside of my mind at times. Even when not ill (i.e. when going for a routine examination), I got booster shots the same way. I used to dread the embarrassment of the receptionist watching me injected in the bare bottom more than the pain of the injections themselves but I don't think I ever cried or screamed because she often complimented me on taking my shots bravely. The injections were never unbearable when I got them but I often couldn't sit down later. Notwithstanding my fear of the real thing, buttock injections fascinated me when none were imminent and playing doctor with my girlfriend in adolescence always involved play shots in the bare bottom realistically simulated with sterile pins. When I was at home, I had to roll over, the doctor pulled down my underpants, then I waited for that cold cotton swab, then the long sharp needle would be forced into my behind, then I started to cry. Then the medicine was forced into my behind by the doctor pressing on the plunger. My behind was on fire and then finally, the doctor removed the needle. It took both my Mother and the doctor both to say "All Done" before I realized that the needle was even taken out of my behind. My Mom used to massage my behind for about a minute (which I actually enjoyed) then I'd get up, pull my underpants up get dressed, and had to thank the doctor for taking care of me. It was extremely difficult because of the shear amount of pain the penicillin (which was most of the shots I received) produced, made me cry each and every time I received a shot. I was probably erect from either rubbing on my mother's lap, or the table I was on but I don't remember. I do have a fascination though of giving shots as I used to watch my Mother give my Grandmother injections into her very fat behind.
