I just got back to work and I have a sore bottom. I was opening stock at our store in preparation for opening sales tonight and I ran a big staple through my palm. I had to go get a tetanus. They cleaned up my hand and placed a dressing on it. Then the doctor said the nurse will be right in to give you a tetanus shot. A few minutes later the nurse comes in and I have seen him in our store. He is standing there holding a small syringe in his hand. He says hello. I hate those shots. Well this goes deep in your butt muscle he tells me next. It hurts a lot less back there. I was not thrilled about having to drop my slacks , but I unbuttoned them and laid down. he pulls them down over my bottom and then pulls down my yellow panties. I felt him pinch my butt muscle and then a small sting as he injected. Wow! I barely felt that I told him as he massaged my hip. He pulled up my panties and slacks and I buttoned them. I asked him if he had plans after he got off and he said no. Why don't you come to the store and help me and then maybe we can go out for a drink.

I was out at triage last night when this hot blonde comes in with a towel wrapped around hand. She was opening some boxes when she sliced her index finger with the box cutter. We cleaned her finger the and the doctor put 5 stitches in her finger. The doctor handed me the chart and said she needs a DTAP before she goes. I got a vial and small syringe and went into her room. She signed her papers and I told her this is a DTAP. She watched as I opened up the syringe and drew it up. She said that looks like a long needle. It is a 20g 1.5 inches. This goes deep in your butt muscle. I might need your help she told me unbuttoning my jeans. She was wearing a red turtle neck sweater, jeans and boots. I undid her buckle , unbottoned her jeans and zipper and she turned around as I pulled down her jeans to mid thigh. She was wearing a pair of purple bikini panties which I pulled down. She had a deep tan that stopped at her waist and started under her butt cheeks. I told her to lean over as I slowly rubbed her left cheek. Then I jabbed her in the hip and injected. I then slowly massaged the site and then put a bandaid on the site. Can you please continue to rub the spot and I started rubbing it again. After abpout 10 minutes I pulled up her panties and helped her with her jeans. I watched as she walked out thinking how lucky I was to get to see her bare bottom.
