I used to watch my mother give my grandmother injections in her very fat behind. My grandmother would lift up her petty coat and pull down her underpants to the bottom of her behind. Back then, only very large needles were used especially when the buttocks were full of fat. Then I would watch my mother put the needle onto the barrel, fill it up with a white color medicine, swab her jiggling fat bubbly behind with the alcholol filled cotton ball, then sink that large needle deep into her fat. My grandmother would make a groning sound so I knew it was hurting her a great deal but my mother continued pressing on the plunger until all of the medicine was injected. I used to get up close to the whole procedure so I could see everything being done. Then my mother would rub her bubbly behind for several minutes. From then on...I was hooked on just watching a fat behind being injected and have been ever since.

I've had one since early childhood. My mom would take our temperatures rectally and my dad administered shots in the butt.
It was only natural for me to gain an interest in playing doctor with boys and girls I grew up with. This was taboo in the sixties and seventies so we had to play in secluded places such as basements, attics, locked bedrooms, dens and behind buildings and trees. It was a great time to be a kid!
