Been getting a B12 shot every other day and the day I get the shot I feel so much better, so I asked my Doctor if I can do a B12 shot every day and he said its ok so now I am going to get a B12 shot everyday ! I also get a B Complex shot once a week. My boyfriend gives me my shots in my butt, he is the best shot giver !!
