This morning I was walking out to my car and slipped on the ice landing face down on the side walk and spraining my wrist. I managed to get up and get back insdie and called my boyfriend who came over. He is a ER nurse. He looked at it and told me I needed to get it x-rayed. It was throbbing. he put it in a pillow and splinted it and drove me to the ER. It was nice because he signed me in and got me over to x-ray. It hurt like hell in x-ray when they had me turn it to get different views. No breaks the doctor told me just a bad sprain. He told my Don my boyfriend to put it in a splint and sling and swathe. Don told the doctor my pain was 10/10 and I was nauseated. Give her the usual cocktail. I said what does that mean. Nothing just something for the pain. Pills or a shot I asked. Two shots one in each of your buns. Why can't I have pills. The shots work in 10-15 minutes the pills might take up to an hour. Will you give them to me? He told me unless you want me to go get someone else. No I trust you. He came back a few minutes later and drew up each syringe. I said those needles look so long. They are one and half inches and are 20g needles. Goes deep in your butt muscle. I stood up and tried to unfasten my jeans. I said you are going to help me with these. He undid my button and zipper and had me turna round. He pushed my jeans below my hips. I bet you are enjoying this aren't you. I have to admit I am excited about seeing your bare bottom as he pulled down my black panites. I love your bottom he said as he ran his hands across my bare buns. I promise I will be gentle. he had me lean over the table and told me to bend my left leg. I felt his hand on my left hip and then the poke and slow burn as he injected. One more as he put his hand on my right bun and toward me to bend my right leg and once again I felt him jab me with the needle and the slow burn. He pulled up my panties and fastened my jeans for me. After he put the splint on my arm he drove me back home. I told him I needed a nurse for a few days and he said he would be glad to be my private duty nurse. I am 19 and I can't remember ever getting two shots in the rear. It did make my wrist feel better
