I had this very cute little blonde that had a sour attitude. She came in complaining of lower abdominal pain. I told her she needed to get undressed and put the gown on with the opening in the back. She said how long is this going to take I am in hurry for a party. I told her the doctor would be in to see her when he could. I had to draw so blood and that took a while to come back. The doctor did a pelvic exam and she was really mad about that. Well the doctor told her she had a bad UTI and was going to give her an antibiotic shot. I was only too glad to draw it. I drew up the one gram of rocephin using sterile water and drew up 1.5cc in each syringe and put 18g needles on them. I came back in and told her she needed to lie on her stomach. Great you are going to shoot me in my ass. I said your right opne in each of your cheeks. I told her to lie flat and her gown fell open. She had the tightest little
butt. I swabbed an area and darted her right butt with the 18g needle and she hollered out and I took pleasure slowly filling her little bottom with the rocephin. She was crying like a baby when I pulled out the needle. I uncapped the needle making sure she good a good view and said one more to go as I grabbed a handful of her othe rhip and and buried it in her butt and slowly injected. Burns a little and she cried again. I put a bandaid on each of her hips. She said I am sorry for being so rude. My butt is really hurting. I told her the medicine really hurt and told her to lay back down and I massaged her hips for a few minutes. She got up and put on her panties and jeans still rubbing her bottom. I told her she needed to retunr in one week for another exam. Again I am sorry I was such a pain. I think she might have learned a lesson and the next time her visit to the ER will be a lot more pleasant.
