I was working in triage yesterday when this really hot looking girl came up to the desk in a short blue dress. She had a dressing on her right hand. She was opening a toner box and stuck the end of the metal staple in her thumb. The NP working out with me said clean it up and check her tetanus status. I cleaned her right thumb and put a dressing on it. She told me she could not remember her last tetanus. I said well that would be today. I got one out and drew it up in the 3cc syringe as she watched. Is it going to hurt she asked. I am going to give it to you in your hip so when you walk you work it into your muscle. She said I can't have it in my arm. I said no problem, but your arm will probably be sore for a few days. It's up to you. Think about while I get your paper work off the printer. I came back and closed the door. She said you promise me it won't hurt in my butt. I said you will feel a bee sting and then its over. Okay. She stood up and turned around and pulled up her short blue dress. I pulled down her hose exposing her light blue satin panties and pulled them down. As I wiped a spot of her left hip she tensed up her butt muscles. I pinched a handful of her muscle and darted her with the 20g needle and injected. I pulled out the needle and rubbed the spot. All done. Wow! You are good. I said wait let me put a bandaid on the spot. I then pulled up her panties and she adjusted her hose.
