I have been doing this for 6mo. I Alternate legs each time
This time a lump came up at the site nd below it. My leg is hurting badly and this has been for 4 days now. I have been putting warm compressors on my leg and no relief. Please help

I have been administering my own B12 shots for over five years. They are taken monthly...one cc, either with a 25GX1" needle or a 22GX1-1/2 needle, depending on whether I am in the mood to stick my arm or stick my butt. Either way, I barely feel it. I also take weekly Iron and Testosterone shots...Iron is 2.5 cc's and Testosterone is 1 cc. The Iron shot requires a 20GX1" needle, since it is quite thick. Testosterone is injected with a 22GX1-1/2" needle.
