 I have had B-12 shots in my arm, my leg and my bottom. B-12 doesn't hurt regardless of where it is injected, and it certainly doesn't require anything larger than a 22 gauge needle. Someone has a fetish for large needles if they use anything bigger than a 22 ga, as is obvious from other posts.

I'm betting that person is probably not a nurse, just a troll giving vent to fevered imaginings (I would hope!). But in the interest of sexual equality, I sure wish someone would post about giving IM B-12 injections into some young studly dudes!
