It suffocates the water before shrinking back down into the earth. The stallion shakes the water out of his silvery coat before advancing on Sharika .You are forgetting Sharika...I am equally as powerful as your father...we were trained under the same rule at the same time...you can not overpower me anymore than you can overpower Cyclone.
