8 Fueron las paises que compitieron por la corona de Miss Costa Maya 2011, MEXICO, BELIZE, GUATEMALA ,EL SALVADOR, HONDURAS,NICARAGUA, COSTA RICA Y PANAMA

El viernes agosto 5 2011,donde la ganadora fue Miss Mexico Valentina Cervera, Miss Nicaragua Giselle Alvarez segundo lugar y Miss Honduras Linda Kennett como tercer lugar.

Este año Mexico empata con Guatemala siendo ambos paises quienes llevan las mas coronas ,5 coronas cada uno en lo 16 años de existencia de este certamen de belleza
