Hello folks we come to the end of another successful first half of this year 2011 for Dunfermline Ask with many events taking place. Our groups continue to produce mediums to a high standard in all disciplines of the movement. The Sunday divine services are well attended and the calibre of the visiting Mediums is excellent however we could do with more patrons coming along as we have plenty of room at Touch Community Centre. We intend to do most of our special events at Touch now we have access to the centre on a Sat evening and there is a list of events in our July newsletter 2011.
At the end of every year and at the break-up of the groups for the summer break our Mediums and Trainees take the service and what a splendid job they did of it and credit goes to Kerry McLeod Tutor , Derek Rough, June Stein Marshall Reid, Hazel Dory, Marina Howisen-Hood, Teresa Hughes and Sandra Johnston
After the service we had a social evening with music etc.
All our groups finish for the summer break after the Sunday Divine Service on Sunday 26th June and return after the Sunday Divine Service on 31st July. The Divine Services continue as normal with visiting Mediums.
The open awareness class is at 7pm prompt with Jock McArthur DASK (MTH&C) no need to be a member and is with all are welcome (if you are over 16 yrs old) just come along and join in. Jock has a vast knowledge of spiritual matters and Jock works in churches and centres all over the country mainly teaching Trance & Trance-Healing.
Jock teaches in a light and humorous manner and this will give you a platform for future work. You will not be building a house of cards you will build on a strong foundation ready to go on to work with your helpers and inspirers in many forms.
The Development group is with Kerry McLeod DASK (MT&C) and is on every week at 7pm Members are by invitation only, this group will take you to the platform and beyond and Kerry will help l find where your talent and forte lies. Kerry works on the platform and teaches around the Country and has worked abroad as well.
Our thanks go out to every-one who helped us through-out the first half of 2011 there are to many to mention (I will be here all day) however I would like to thank Fife Council, Marianne & Alex (caretakers) Our Directors and all our Patrons and Friends of Dunfermline Ask.
