Me (talking to the director’s secretary): “ You want the one who wants this document signed to attach a note before the director signs this (new) document?”
Secretary: Yes
Then I remember my past mistake (almost a mistake)--that's several years ago . That’s when a new document had to be signed instead of the one forwarded earlier..so the old document had to be retrieved. The new (right document) had to be signed instead..
..and there on the new document, I wrote a short note: “Ma’am, please re-sign.” (It’s good that I noticed it before I stepped into the director’s door..so I changed it: “Ma’am, please sign again.”

Based on the conversation between the bank teller and Grace..the former in a state of ‘shock’ if Grace was really the radio news anchor (cut & paste from FB):

Rushed to the bank for an important transaction just before my 1pm board work and this conversation with the teller just left me laughing after.
GUY TELLER : Mam may tanong ako sa iyo?
ME : Yes, ano pala yun?
GUY TELLER : Yung nagsasalita sa radyo every 1pm ...
Ikaw ba talaga yun? ( laki problema ni kuya!)
ME : Oo naman ... Don't be fooled! haha
GUY TELLER: Hala ... ikaw talaga yun? (...in disbelief!)
