Let them (teachers) teach but don’t let them overworked or have an added work
Work to be brought at home like computing grades or making reports.

8 hours per day of work is enough
If possible, no giving of assignments to students so the pupils will also have time to play.

Teachers must only teach, no more, no less
About coordinating with visitors—these are all added burdens..As I said, let them just teach and not entertain. Assign the task of coordination to someone else, not to the teacher..the basics of imparting knowledge must be the teacher’s goal.
