Aggresive development or development by aggression is when one mines the agri-land
With the motive to get the coal, sell it at a higher price, ..and …
The decision to mine would make many families become landless.. especially the lumad (s).
By this, latter is forcibly moved to flee to other places. Forced migration makes them feel sad.
