Subject: Question about Taping a PP

Hello Everyone,
Although I have two daughters myself, I have two very close sisters who have one son each, and practice petticoat discipline. They use diapers, unusually, and if not that than pink panties.
They asked me to find somewhere to get an answer to this, just yesterday when we talked- with diapers and panties being so tight, is it a good idea to use medical tape to tape the child’s PP so it stays pressed against their skin upwards or between their legs? It would also prevent it rising at any time, if that were the case.
If this isn’t the answer, they’re trying to find ways to make it more discreet, so they can dress their boys in tighter underwear and diapers.
