That the citizens driving around today in every state are already aware that if they see a blue and/or red light they know to yield and not to keep driving and then go home and debate the issue on an Internet message board. So why the need for a standard?

As someone else said in another post, if you're unaware of what color the police car lights are in another state, don't go there or at least don't drive if you go there.

Can't we go back to a more constructive argument like the 1978 Ford 460 vs the 1971 Ford 429?
