Expand this concept out a little. If CHP cars have ads for, say, Scheider Trucking, on them, will the troops be in trouble if they make stops of Scheider trucks? When are people going to get the message that if they want to be safe, they're going to have to pay for proper police protection? (I know, I'm living in dreamland -- Vermont -- where even our soon-to-be ex governor -- and active candidate for GW's job -- never got that message.
