That would be the one. Last time I went through there, (2 weeks ago), I wondered how long it would be before somebody went through the barricades and did a vault off one of the ends. So I guess you are saying it's been done. Darn, and I wanted video.

The PGB Turnpike is a great highway designed to be the outermost loop around Dallas except on the west, where it drops you into the I-35 traffic jam or on the east where it drops you into the clogged residential streets of Rowlett. Basically, like its namesake, its a road that leads nowhere.
