Those hubcaps in the ebay auction are for the 2002 Crown Vic. They are the new style ring retention style caps, they are a lighter weight and stay put much better than the metal backed hubcaps used since 1998, but they can be purchased much cheaper than in that auction.

The 2003 cars have a completely different wheel and a different style wheelcover that attaches with a bolt. You must be getting the two confused Mr.Beef.
